Carl A. S. Coan Jr. is a Senior Partner at Coan & Lyons, who practices housing and urban affairs, real estate, legislative law, and fair housing.  He received his A.B. degree from Georgetown University in 1954, and his LL.B. degree from Georgetown University in 1958.  Mr. Coan Jr., is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.  He previously worked for the Federal Housing Administration and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and is a published author on federal housing issues
