Raymond K. James is a Partner at Coan & Lyons, who practices housing and urban affairs, real estate, and legislative law.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in 1956, and his LL.B. degree from Harvard University in 1963.  Mr. James is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, and has worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and for the Committee on Banking, Finance, and Urban Affairs for the U.S. House of Representatives.
